Diobox - a should user journey to organize events
I never had to organize an event. Not my thing, but if I had to, I would use Diobox.
What problem are they solving?
If you read on their landing page, it sounds like a nightmare to organize an event. Sending out invitations, collecting emails, sharing several excel list in the team for participants and probably more to think about.
They created a CRM application to manage your events. Import or add your guests by email, design the email invitation message, create a private or public RSVP page with additional questions, if needed, review and send. Now you can track, whether guests did open your email and confirm deliveries. Start collecting guests status and payments if needed. And they offer much more like table organization. You can try out their free version for up to 50 guests. They charge you by event and number of guests.
